With all the same features and sturdy construction of its big brothers, the AIM 40 tactical dragbag is ideal for carbine rifles (up to a total max length of 39″).
The bag is made from 1000 denier cordura with extra thick, closed-cell foam padding. All handles are boxed stitched for greater strength. It measures 41″ x 11″ x 3″ (104 x 28 x 7cms) and is currently only available in Lincoln Green. The AIM 40 fastens with a heavy duty zip. An overflap protects the main zip and five snap clips with adjustable straps give extra security. Externally the AIM 40 has two large external utility pockets. The main pocket is 18.5″ x 10″ wide (47 x 26 cms) tapering to 8″ (20 cms) wide at the top edge beneath the drag hood. The smaller pocket is 11.5″ x 10″ (29 x 25 cms). It has an extra pocket on the external panel which is opened by a diagonal zipper. Both utility pockets hinge open around three sides for greater ease of access.
The main compartment of the AIM 40 offers unbeatable rifle protection. Slide your rifle into the cordura butt pocket and maintain its level position within the bag by securing three adjustable straps along its length. Padding along the top edge is intended to protect turrets, whilst a pocket running along the spine of the bag provides space for a cleaning rod.
All AIM Tactical drag bags come with 2 padded shoulder straps which allow you to wear the bag like a backpack. Straps can be removed quickly if not required or tucked away in there own compartment for stoage when not in use or required.
