One blank piece of 1" webbing that is 4.25" long with Hook Velcro sewn to the back. This will allow the user to write anything he would like on the webbing to label what is being carried in the Bullet Binder. This will allow the shooter to easily confirm what caliber is inside each Binder at a glance without having to open the binder to see what is inside.
